Provocation Freedom and Peace

The "independent" movement Freedom and Peace (Wolność i Pokój), formally established in Poland in 1985, allegedly for the purpose of propagating ideas of peace and freedom, was in fact entirely organized and controlled by the communist authorities. Several members of post-1990 governments in Poland were former members of Freedom and Peace.
